I’m a product and operations leader with 15 years of experience at the intersection of tech, public policy, and healthcare.
I enjoy figuring out how to build and scale teams around new ideas. Solving hard problems from a place of ambiguity and collaborating across disciplines is where I thrive.
I work with organizations across a broad range of topics unified by a central goal — leveraging data and technology to help people lead better lives. Current projects are in the healthcare, philanthropy, and civic technology fields, with a particular focus on: 1) helping to level the playing field for community health clinics so that they can harness the benefits of — and reduce the risks associated with — health AI; 2) accelerating the creation of important infrastructure that impacts us all, such as housing, clean energy, and transportation.
My career has spanned the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, I was the Founding Managing Director and Head of Product at Nightingale Open Science. In previous years, I’ve launched a cloud platform hosting massive health imaging datasets to the medical research community, led teams within the Obama Administration to help resettle hundreds of thousands of refugees, developed tools at a major philanthropy in order to create a more equitable justice system, and built out Twitter’s first ever global, 24x7 operations team serving high-profile users.
Collaborating and learning in teams to have a real impact on people’s lives energizes and drives me. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a sense of joy to everything I do in both life and work. Whether it’s for a longer-term engagement or a short-term, focused sprint — let’s work together.
