I’m a product and operations leader with 15 years of experience at the intersection of tech, public policy, and healthcare.

I enjoy figuring out how to build and scale teams around new ideas. Solving hard problems from a place of ambiguity and collaborating across disciplines is where I thrive.

I work with organizations across a broad range of topics unified by a central goal — leveraging data and technology to help people lead better lives. Current projects are in the healthcare, philanthropy, and civic technology fields — with a particular focus on accelerating the creation of important infrastructure that impacts us all, such as housing, clean energy, and transportation.

My career has spanned the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, I was the Founding Managing Director and Head of Product at Nightingale Open Science. In previous years, I’ve launched a cloud platform hosting massive health imaging datasets to the medical research community, led teams within the Obama Administration to help resettle hundreds of thousands of refugees, developed tools at a major philanthropy in order to create a more equitable justice system, and built out Twitter’s first ever global, 24x7 operations team serving high-profile users.

Collaborating and learning in teams to have a real impact on people’s lives energizes and drives me. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a sense of joy to everything I do in both life and work. Whether it’s for a longer-term engagement or a short-term, focused sprint — let’s work together.
